Hello! I am a clinical social worker and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor with over 15 years working with children and families. My practice is grounded in a deep respect for children and their rich emotional lives. My background as both a clinician and school administrator has given me a unique lens into the way children communicate their needs and make sense of their experiences. The ultimate goal of my work is to help children feel understood, and for the grown-ups in their lives to support them with confidence and connection.
I use a child centered approach to supporting children, families, and their caregivers. Right now my focus is on supporting parents. Parenthood invites us to examine our own past experiences while establishing new ways of being in relationships. I will work closely with you to deepen your understanding of your child's emotional world.
Through individualized parent coaching, I offer support with many challenging aspects of parenting, including limit setting, building connection, and creating meaningful family rituals. My goal is to help you navigate parenthood with greater confidence and nurture a strong, secure bond with your child.
