Life can be hard, and sometimes confusing. It helps to have someone to talk to about the thoughts, feelings, and expectations we are experiencing. I work with adults, mostly in their 30s through 80s, navigate the big changes and transitions in their lives or the lives of their family (ex: aging, grief, job changes/retirement, relationships dynamics, family concerns, feeling alone). These changes can impact how we see ourselves and our roles, how we communicate with our loved ones, and how we engage in our lives. I help people figure out what's next when life shifts so they can make confident decision and find their own path forward.
I hold Master Degrees in both Social Work (LICSW) and Holistic Health Studies. I am certified in AIR/Anchored Relational Therapy and Brainspotting. In addition, I am trained in Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) basics, and Advanced Mind-Body Medicine. Simply put, I focus on building an understanding of what motivates us and why.
I am a gender affirming, sex /sexuality positive, and body positive provider. I know reaching out to a therapist can be daunting and takes both time and energy.
