I am passionate and experienced in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also work with individuals and couples from the start of pregnancy thru postpartum who are adjusting to the transition into parenthood or facing the challenges of postpartum anxiety and depression. Through therapy, parents gain tools to handle identity and role shifts, improve work-life balance, and foster strong relationships with their children.
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin responding to challenges in new ways. Together, we explore patterns, build upon strengths, and utilize practical tools that help you feel more confident and steady in daily life.
