With nearly two decades of experience in education and mental health, I bring warmth, clarity, and a grounded presence to my work with both teens and adults. I specialize in helping high functioning individuals who are struggling beneath the surface with anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, or patterns in relationships that feel hard to shift. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware, but still feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, reactivity, or burnout.
In addition to talk therapy, I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I also have a deep interest in the connection between nutrition and mental health, and I offer an integrative perspective for clients curious about how lifestyle and nourishment affect mood, focus, and emotional balance.
