Sometimes it feels like there is too much going on and you are not sure what to do. Therapy can be the first step to feeling better, offering a space to explore the feelings, thoughts and emotions that arise. Some people come to work through past events, others come to help manage the stress of daily life or interactions. I work with teens and adults who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties with self-esteem or emotional regulation.
I work with children, teens and adults, helping them to navigate their stress, anxiety and trauma. I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to help each client on a personal level. I am currently training to become EMDR certified.
You have already taken a big step by researching therapists. You don't have to do this alone. If you are feeling stuck, suffering, or just ready to take a look at things and see where they go, I will meet you where you are at, with empathy and care.
