Often, people come to therapy when something feels off—when stress builds, emotions feel harder to manage, or joy feels distant. You might be carrying anxiety, persistent sadness, or emotional exhaustion, even if you can’t fully explain why. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and find steadier ground.
I work with children, individuals, and couples, and I am extensively trained in trauma-informed care, anxiety, and depression. For couples, I’m trained in the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach that helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationship.
My approach to therapy is rooted in psychodynamic theory and focuses on understanding the deeper emotional patterns shaping your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Together, we’ll slow down and look beneath the surface, exploring how past experiences may still be influencing your life today and creating space for meaningful, lasting change.
I offer therapy that honors your whole self—mind, heart, body, and, if you choose, your faith. My role is to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, heal what feels unresolved, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and connected. If this feels like the next step for you, I’d be glad to connect and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
