Or, you might want to change the way you respond to triggers, especially longstanding ones.
As a sex positive trauma therapist, I use EMDR, 4 Blinks, IFS and Somatic Psychotherapy to help decrease your pain. I use the PACT model with couples to transform the conflict cycle in your relationship, and incorporate EDSE's sex education principles to establish or enhance a connection to your own sexual energy.
