Hi there, I'm so glad you found me! Have you been feeling disconnected from
your authentic self, struggling with gender/sexuality, have low self-esteem, or are feeling lost in the shuffle of life lately? I believe that when life gets tough, we often turn to quick fixes to cope with life. This is survival. While these strategies may work in the short term, they lead us to push our feelings down. No matter your expertise in pushing everything into a deep dark pit, eventually it must see the light. It is through exploring and freeing what’s been pushed down that we are able to truly live again.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQ Community, women's issues, sexual/intimacy issues, and poor body image. I use Art Interventions, am IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed, and use Somatic Experiencing to move at your pace. I help you to fully experience your emotions and reality. I take a holistic approach to connect with the mind, body, and spirit.
My clients describe me as being safe, patient, and genuine. I provide an evidence-based approach with a holistic lens to stay true to how humans heal in the world.
