I believe therapy has the power to transform people's lives and improve their relationships. My approach is collaborative and relational. In therapy, I work with clients to develop concrete goals and tools to increase confidence in themselves and in their relationships. I also assist clients in processing how past experiences may contribute to insecurities, unhelpful patterns in relationships, and professional dissatisfaction. Throughout the therapy process I help empower clients to change their life narratives by expressing and pursuing what they want in their lives.
In my private practice I provide affirmative psychotherapy to adult individuals and couples of different cultures, genders and sexual identities. My areas of focus are family conflict, co-dependency and 12-step recovery, trauma, and couples work.

Groups
Postpartum and beyond
A group for women to find support and community around issues relating to postpartum experiences and parenting young children. This weekly process and support group focuses on recovery, personal growth, changing identity and practical challenges that new mothers face. Isolation can be challenging for many new parents and the group seeks to empower and foster connection during a huge life transition. Most starting members will start in the first couple years after having a child. Group is open to clients living California or Oregon. Cost is $80/meeting.
