With over 10 years of experience in mental health care, I support clients in all stages and specialize in working with adolescents, college students, and adults. I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, with an emphasis on client-centered and strength-based therapeutic skills, while also incorporating a focus on overall health and wellbeing.
