I have intensive training and experience in DBT. Additionally, I have training in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, and Interpersonal Processing Therapy. We will use these to identify interventions to best meet your therapy goals.
Therapy isn't one size fits all, every client is unique. Therefore, we will come up with a treatment plan that best fits your specific needs and goals.
