You’re high-functioning, "fine," and doing all the things—so why does it feel like you’re one minor inconvenience away from a total meltdown? Maybe you’ve spent so much time being who everyone else needs you to be that you’ve forgotten who you actually are.
I specialize in working with women who are ready to stop "managing" their anxiety and start addressing the root of it. Often, that root is a lost sense of self. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition or realizing you’ve built a life that doesn’t actually fit you, I provide a space to figure out who you are when you aren’t performing for an audience.
I am not a "smile and nod" therapist. My approach is honest, relational, and intentionally witty. I believe therapy works best when it’s a human-to-human connection, not a clinical transaction. I will be straight with you about the patterns I see, and we will probably use humor to navigate the heavier moments.
I don’t have a magic wand, but I do have a clear lens and a commitment to being real with you. If you’re ready to trade the "perfect" facade for some actual peace of mind, I’m ready to get to work.
