Welcome! I show up with curiosity, authenticity, and my full presence, and invite you to do the same. I believe therapy should affirm and honor your complexity, identity, and lived experience, supporting exploration and healing on your own terms — whether you bring a specific focus or seek a reflective space to navigate life. I approach therapy with equal passion for its science and art: I bring expertise in evidence-based modalities like psychodynamic and narrative therapy, EMDR, DBT, and somatic approaches, and integrate them in a creative, collaborative way that feels most meaningful and uniquely tailored to you.

I enjoy supporting individuals, partners, and families through life transitions, identity, gender and sexuality exploration, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relational conflict. I am a neurodivergence-affirming therapist and specialize in Autism, ADHD, and related topics such as self-/recent diagnosis, unmasking, accommodations, and burnout.
