Starting therapy is a brave step, and I understand the vulnerability of sharing intimate details of your life with a new therapist. I love working with folks to improve their relationships, sense of sexuality, and overall health. I will integrate psychodynamic (insight-oriented) and practical (skills-based) modalities to offer you a comprehensive and individualized therapy experience. Research supports that a strong therapeutic relationship is paramount to a positive outcome, so I will be sure to foster trust between us, in order to do the difficult work that therapy requires.
I specialize in relational health and sexual health; I work with individuals, couples, and polyamorous folks. I am a certified Sex Therapist through AASECT. Areas of expertise include general sexual functioning, vaginismus/vulvodynia, infertility/pregnancy loss, libido differences in couples, and the impact of religious trauma on sexual functioning.
