I graduated from the counseling psychology program through The Family Institute at Northwestern University where I received intensive training in psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapy. My practice has evolved to incorporate eclectic methods of working towards change by including techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and systemic therapy.
I received advanced training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. In addition, I have completed a Fellowship program at Womencare Counseling Center focused on advanced training in trauma informed care.
