I am passionate about helping teens and women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, and relationship issues. Beginning or return to therapy can be daunting. You might not know where to start, or what to expect. I strive to create a nurturing environment that allows you feel safe to navigate through the struggles that you are experiencing. Together we will face the uncertainty and start to work towards making the change that you want to see in your life. I use a multifaceted, individualized approach to therapy that utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Mindfulness practices, and solution focused techniques.
I have a background working with teens and women faced with an unplanned pregnancy, dealing with pregnancy loss, and in domestic violence situations. After this I spent time at a private practice where most of my clients were teens and young adults who were struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, LGBTQIA+ issues, and relationship difficulties.
