Life is a journey that tends to ebb and flow and can at times be unpredictable. My goal is to provide my client’s with a safe space to work through challenges, learn new skills and process the stressors of life.
In my practice, I use a person centered approach incorporating aspects of cognitive and dialectal behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive processing therapy and eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy. I work collaboratively with client’s to create goals towards making positive changes in their life.
