I work with adults of all ages, with a particular focus on college students and young professionals. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking support for anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, grief, life transitions, identity questions, or relationship challenges. Together, we work to better understand the factors influencing their lives, clarify their goals and values, and develop healthier, more intentional ways of moving forward.

My approach focuses on helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, identify patterns that may no longer be serving them, and make meaningful changes that align with their values.
