I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience working with children 9+, teens, adults, couples and families. In addition to my education I've gained life experience having grown up in a military family and traveling all over the United States as well as throughout Europe, South Africa, and Mexico. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and have a broad base of therapy knowledge including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Trauma Focused) , Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered, and Mindfulness.
I like to use what works the best and quickest for the person I am helping which is usually a mixture of the above. I have worked with a wide variety of clients that struggle with mental health (Trauma, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Anger Management, Autism, and Behavioral problems), addiction, and relationship problems.
