Welcome! Therapy with me is a collaborative process focused on helping you feel grounded, connected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we can explore what’s keeping you stuck—whether anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, trauma, burnout, creative blocks, or contemporary existential crises. I draw on mindfulness, attachment, and interpersonal neurobiology to help you build self-understanding, resilience, and a deeper sense of ease. If you’re a creative person or someone longing to reconnect with your creative energy, I offer a supportive space to rediscover that part of you. Sessions in English and French.
My goal is to help you lower your stress threshold, honor pain, find meaning, strengthen connection, and build resiliency. I believe integrating emotional work into self-care is an important way to not only care for ourselves, but also for our loved ones and the greater collective. Methods I find helpful include IFS, psychodynamic, and narrative therapy.
We are living through a time marked by uncertainty and grief, and we could all benefit from some extra support.
