I have worked with various children, teens, and families exhibiting diagnoses related to anxiety, depression, stress/life events, behavioral changes or challenges, family dynamics, parent-child communication, self harm or self injurious behaviors. During our time together, we will learn what treatment modalities will work best for you while also incorporating a developmentally appropriate intervention. I have specialities in psychodynamic theories and child development, providing services to children with a diagnosis of autism while creating specific plans for the child and family, and assisting families and parents with developing stronger parental skills. I have utilized various behavioral interventions, play therapy, talk therapy, PMT, & CBT/DBT/ ACT.
I am a relationship-based, person-centered therapist who focuses on child development and the impact early experiences can shape who we are today.
