About
Providing support to individuals in the Burlington and Milwaukee areas. I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges in life and am consistently impressed with their ability to seek out help and health. My approach is nonjudgmental, I believe in the strengths you already have while working toward the strengths you want to achieve. I integrate DBT theory and skills into my practice with a belief in mindfulness as a therapeutic tool. I take great care in my approach as a respectful and caring person while being direct and to the point to be as helpful as possible in your journey.
I offer therapy from a Christian perspective, allowing the client to determine the degree that it is incorporated, if at all.
