Children, teens, and college students, if that's you, you're in the right place! My favorite clients to work with are young people learning to navigate their emotions, relationships, and individuals struggles. I believe healing happens in a safe, collaborative relationship — one where clients, their families, and I work together toward goals that feel meaningful to them. At the same time, I want the client's time to be worth the time and money they spend. I balance my relational intentionality with goal orientation that I hope brings practicality, structure, and real growth to disorganize or overwhelming areas of life.
Though both in-person and telehealth formats, I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, and relational issues for children, teens, and adults. I employ person-centered, attachment-informed, therapy to form a safe and supportive relationship, as well as evidenced-based skill building interventions to help clients meet their specific goals.
