Children, teens, and young adults experience life in unique ways and often don’t yet have the words to explain what they’re feeling. Anxiety, big emotions, behavior changes, and life transitions show up differently at every age. I'll help make sense of those experiences in a way that feels supportive, validating, and age-appropriate.
I work with young clients navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions, using a supportive and age-appropriate approach. I believe therapy should meet clients where they are, honoring their current strengths while gently supporting meaningful growth.
In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you'll feel truly understood while building practical skills that support long-term emotional well-being and confidence.
For younger clients, I view parent involvement an important part of the therapeutic process. I'll provide guidance, education and tools that support their child.
