Authenticity and warmth are my touchstones. In my practice, I use a collaborative, humanistic, strengths-based and client-centered approach to support individuals and couples in strengthening their connection to their core selves, and identifying areas for growth. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and that my job is to support you in accessing your own wisdom more fully. I believe in the capacity of the therapeutic relationship to enact greater self-compassion and insight, and build skills to release us from unhelpful patterns.
I have worked with a wide range of populations and issues, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ community, and pregnant/postpartum mental health. I am currently pursuing specialized training in sex therapy. I am a good fit for folks looking to explore issues around sex and intimacy, particularly those navigating consensually non-monogamous relationships.
Our modern world seems to be working increasingly hard to desensitize us and alienate us from ourselves and others. I believe more than ever in the power of radical vulnerability, self-expression, and showing up for our loved ones, families, and community while holding healthy boundaries.
