Authenticity and warmth are my touchstones. In my practice, I use a collaborative, humanistic and client-centered approach to support individuals and couples in strengthening their connection to their core selves, and accessing their own deep knowing. I believe in the capacity of the therapeutic relationship to enact greater self-compassion and insight, and build skills to release us from unhelpful patterns.

I have worked with a wide range of populations and issues including inpatient substance abuse treatment, the LGBTQIA+ community, and pregnant/postpartum mental health. I am currently pursuing specialized training in sex therapy, and am interested in working with folks looking to explore issues around sex and intimacy.

Our modern world seems to be working increasingly hard to desensitize us and alienate us from ourselves and others. I believe more than ever in the power of radical vulnerability, self-expression, and showing up for our loved ones, families, and community while holding healthy boundaries.
