I work with both children and adults who are looking for support, understanding, and a place to slow down and be fully themselves. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, mood challenges, ADHD, autism, or experiencing the effects of stress and trauma. I often work with adults who are balancing the demands of parenting, military life, or professionals to create a space for themselves. With children, I use developmentally appropriate, play-based, creative approaches along with mindfulness practices, to help them express emotions, develop coping skills, and strengthen their self-esteem.
I integrate mindfulness, somatic techniques, bibliotherapy, and carefully selected video resources into my therapy sessions to deepen understanding and support meaningful change. By combining these approaches, therapy becomes an interactive and experiential process that enhances learning, supports personal growth, and helps clients apply new skills.
