Life can be complicated and challenging at times and we could all use a little support. I truly believe that therapy should be specific and unique to each individual. My goal is to help empower you to be the best version of yourself, specifically by guiding you through your own healing process and journey.
I focus greatly on the importance of building a relationship with my client and honing in on their strengths, as a means to build a trusting and safe environment. I have experience working with clients who struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, relationship issues/struggles, adjustment disorders, and life transitions.
I utilize and incorporate many different therapeutic techniques, such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to meet the needs of each individual. Choosing to engage in therapy can be a difficult step but I want to help you overcome your fears and struggles and meet your life goals.
