I enjoy working with teenagers through adults who are struggling with mental health issues and/or substance use. My approach to individual sessions are about meeting you where you are at, empowering you to become the best version of yourself through evidence-based treatment. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, and mood disorders and how often these can lead to substance use. I utilize a variety of strength-based therapeutic techniques including: cognitive behavioral (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused and person-centered.
