I specialize in empowering my clients to work toward achievable goals. My belief is that there are too many people in the world who will point out when you are "doing things wrong", I am not that person...I will positively reframe the negative and point out the positive.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, bi-polar (I & II), personality disorders, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, low self-esteem, SA and DV survivors, Grief & Loss,behavioral issues, adjustment disorders, PTSD, and relationships. I have 23 years of experience in helping people manage their symptoms using a creative approach.
I utilize CBT, Behavior Modification, Solution Focused/Brief Therapy, elements of DBT, Guided Imagery, Stress Management, Relaxation Techniques, Anger Management, Impulse Control and Thinking Distortions. I also have a degree in art, which helps me with tapping in to "out of the box" thinking and working with clients.Offering evenings.
