I am a white, nonbinary transmasc, fat, chronically ill, AuDHDer with misophonia. My ideal clients are teens and adults navigating misophonia, complex/developmental trauma, dissociation, OCD, and late-discovered ADHD/autism. I also deeply enjoy working with mental health professionals. I work from a systems and feminist perspective, recognizing the importance and impact of one’s primary relationships and social systems on one’s wellness. We are likely to work best together if you have been in therapy before, already have good coping/grounding skills in place, and are ready to do some deeper work.
I am trained in EMDR and have advanced EMDR training in dissociation/DID/OSDD. I often use parts language to help folx become a mindful observer of aspects of themselves that they may feel shame about. I use a trauma-responsive and neurodivergent-affirming lens in my work with OCD. I offer a sex-positive, kink- and ENM-affirming space.
Healing is some of the hardest work one can do. It can be daunting, but it doesn't have to be scary—we can laugh, be curious, and grow together. It is my greatest honor to co-create a “safe enough” therapeutic relationship with you in which to do deep relational healing, which I believe creates the space for the most change.
