I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for adults and teens seeking support and skills to navigate burnout, stress, anxiety or life transitions such as grief, divorce, big moves or career changes. If you find yourself asking, “now what?” I can help you find the answers to those questions by combining traditional cognitive behavioral techniques along with existential, relational and somatic approaches. I’m a big believer that we sometimes have to look back and process the past in order to better support ourselves in the future.
I’m an LPC trained in both traditional behavioral approaches including CBT and DBT as well as trauma-specific interventions using IFS and CPT. I believe that change happens both in & in between sessions so my approach is a combination of processing challenges and symptoms in session as well as practicing new skills, behaviors and insights between sessions.
