I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the key to successful therapy. I am a firm believer that everyone has their own journey to healing and a story to tell. However, I don't believe there are enough safe places for people to go to be themselves without judgement and to be accepted without conditions. For this reason, I provide a safe, relaxing, trusting and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I empower and guide my clients to reach their goals, to improve their interpersonal relationships, as well as improve their overall well-being by having a genuine, authentic, educational and honest approach to therapy.
My areas of expertise include individual therapy for children ages five+, adolescents, adults, family therapy, reunification counseling, co-parenting and couple's therapy utilizing The Gottman Method. I am also a trained Attachment therapist; assisting foster and adopted children to build healthy attachments through Narrative Therapy.
