Whether you're navigating a life transition, healing from trauma, shame, or painful relationships, exploring your identity, learning to unmask, or questioning old beliefs, I believe people are capable of big shifts when they understand the narratives that have shaped them and work toward becoming a more loving and safe space for themselves.
One of the greatest gifts we can offer another person is to truly witness them. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and rooted in curiosity. Together we'll slow down, ask hard questions, notice the patterns that no longer serve you, challenge the inner critic, and understand yourself with greater honesty and compassion instead of shame.
