About
My hope is to create a positive and safe environment for you to explore solutions to issues that are affecting your mental and physical health, relationships, work, school, and everyday life.
Through the course of building a trusting relationship and enlightened experience, my hope is that you will be able to address the stressors or unresolved issues you are struggling with. These issues may include anger, resentment, abuse, shame, loss, trauma, abandonment, and physical health difficulties. Throughout the process I respectfully support your values and honor your journey while you discover your true and authentic self.
The issues I treat cover a broad range and are not limited to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, stress, trauma, problems with communication and and relationships, health problems, youth adjustment issues, grief, and substance abuse/addiction. I have an unique ability to work with others with complicated issues of loss and trauma.
It is my honor to be a part of each individual's journey. I am interactive in my approach and respect each person's unique path. I treat individuals, couples, and families. I welcome an opportunity to answer any of your questions, and to discuss treatment options with you.
