Not everything can be said with words-sometimes healing begins with creativity. I work with elementary children, adolescents, and adults who are ready to begin their therapy journey. I have a passion for supporting my clients navigate anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, school or social related challenges, including ADHD, neurodiversity, and prolonged illness. As someone who understands the nuances of holding two cultures, particularly within POC and South Asian Communities, I incorporate art therapy as a way to support nonverbal expression, healing and self discovery.
Working together in an empathetic space, you can be your authentic self. Enhancing the space with validation, humor, and compassion toward your real self. I want to meet you where you are and have you experience what it feels to have your voice heard.
