At times, circumstances in life can be difficult to navigate on our own. I would like to walk alongside you as you face these challenges, offering support and empowering you to live your life to its fullest. Providing a safe environment and building a warm, trusting relationship with each client is of high importance to me. I will help you to discover or rediscover your true value, so that you can make the changes you desire for your life and your relationships.
I have a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In addition to my training as a mental health counselor, I have 25 years of experience as an educator. My experiences working with children and parents have offered additional insight into my work with clients.
Through the use of compassion, care, and humor, I will help you to explore your issues, learn strategies to cope with your circumstances, and begin the healing process. Email me or give me a call, and we can start this journey together.
