Hi. I'm a perinatal therapist in Petaluma, CA and offer in-person and video support through every stage of pregnancy, birth and during the postpartum period. I am an experienced mom and clinician in the areas of medically complex birth, preterm birth, and NICU. If you're looking for help adjusting to your identity as a new parent, struggling with difficult emotions or have experienced perinatal trauma I invite you to reach out!

In addition to perinatal support I specialize in guidance with processing grief, anxiety, or loss related to high-stress pregnancy, birth or NICU stays. I use a strength-based, attachment focused approach, using mindfulness based EMDR and IFS (parts work) to clients in Sonoma County and throughout California. I accept private pay and select insurance.

I believe we all have the capacity to heal, to experience joy and to be present in our own lives.
