About
I have offices in Redmond, WA and Portland, OR. I'm licensed in NY, OR, WA, currently inactive status in HI and CA. I do double sessions and am practicing virtually only. Treatment is very focused, short term, holistic therapy for a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions and relationships. I work with families, couples or individuals of all ages.
I have many tools which I call upon depending on what is needed in the moment with the client. I understand the impact of exercise, nutrition, environment, drugs & alcohol use, relationships, past traumas, spirituality, and more on mental health. I provide double sessions. The per visit cost is doubled, but we can meet every other week, which gives us time to go deeply into the issues. I combine EMDR with Alchemy to effect rapid change. It's designed to be short term therapy. Longer intensive or telehealth sessions can be arranged.
