I dual master's degrees in clinical social work and mental health counseling. I am skilled in a variety of evidence-based brief therapies including a specialization in EMDR, which is highly effective for a range of trauma intensities. I also provide talk therapy and integrate a variety therapy approaches and coping skills to meet your needs.
As an effective therapist the foundation of my therapy style is strengths-based, non-judgmental and self-empowering approaches. I believe my use of limited, respectful humor, in the right time, right place and for the right client, can be part of the healing process.
