About
Indeed, we all have hurts that need attention and we do not always know how to do that. I believe we were created for relationships and at times those relationships or how we are going about them can be unhealthy. Due to that, we have adapted and learned coping mechanisms that have allowed us to function and move on. However, those coping mechanisms can stop working after a while and this is what creates an imbalance in our system that we need to make right or it can begin to generate stresses that spill over into other aspects of our lives.
My goal is to help you identify those habits and hurts, and walk you through a new coping process that will enhance your life and restore fruitful relationships to your life. I hope that by working through the Self, healing can come from within if done with care and compassion.
I provide a warm and welcoming environment where you are allowed to share what you feel is essential and build through your priorities. Therapy is complex, and it is a process. I desire to walk alongside you and your family to achieve a healthier balance in your life and light for your journey.
