I bring a diverse background—from running an outpatient addiction program to navigating the corporate world—which helps me connect with a wide range of clients. I’ve also provided mindfulness, communication, and stress management training. Whether you're facing personal, relational, or work-related stress, we’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded.
