I have experience with adolescents concerns, as well as with blended, mixed, step-parent and adoptive families. I work to truly listen, to clearly understand, to explore issues collaboratively. Appointments are generally available 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. You can start with a simple email to tell me what you are hoping to address.
My approach focuses on helping people, including couples, utilize and enhance their personal and relationship strengths, not simply defining problems as illness or disorders to be managed. Conflict, stress, communication problems, and parenting struggles can feel overwhelming. With help, you can make real and lasting changes and avoid more serious problems.
