I enjoy working with people who want to believe that life can be better and are willing to put in the work to make the most of it. I often say that being an adult is not at all as easy as it looked. Truthfully, nothing is. Together, we can find a better path.

I am specifically trained to work with people who have experienced trauma (which is just about all of us, it seems) from birth on up. Of course, there are different tools for different ages, but it is all about bringing it out from the dark spaces where we tend to keep things hidden.

Life can be hard. As Mr. Rogers said, “Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.” You don't have to face it alone.
