Coping Skills to Combat Anxiety and Depression

Coping Skills to Combat Anxiety and Depression is a weekly support group led by a clinician. This group will be led based on participants' input, requests, and interests. Clinician will gain feedback to form the best structure of the group. There can be group discussions and/or trainings on root causes of depression, different coping skills, utilizing education and CBT, having group insights shared, a strength-based group. Optional homework of trying out different coping skills between sessions. Depression and anxiety are hard and there are many techniques, insights, coping skills to help manage and reduce anxiety and depression.
