Judy received her Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Chestnut Hill College. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Attachment-Based Therapy. She specializes in working with individuals who suffer from eating disorders, body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and those wanting to break free from diet culture. She is passionate about supporting others in finding freedom with food and body acceptance.
Judy Harrity is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 14 years of experience helping individuals heal emotional wounds and achieve personal growth. She believes healing comes from being heard, seen and valued, and is committed to creating a safe space for all. Her style of counseling is compassionate and collaborative.
Her experience extends to those struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety, self-harming, relationship issues and family conflict. She works with individuals of all ages and their families.
