About
Everyone has times when feelings of being disconnected, sad, angry, overwhelmed, or anxious, get in the way of achieving happiness and growth. I can help you get back on track. My goal is to provide a respectful, caring and supportive environment. Together we will identify your strengths and build new strategies to deal with obstacles, so that you can lead a more satisfying and meaningful life. I want to empower you to develop ways to cope with stress, improve communication, and manage emotions and behaviors as you face life challenges.
I work with adults and adolescents who have depression and anxiety, relationship issues, problems with self esteem, and difficulty in communicating effectively with others. My approach is to help clients learn strategies to cope with life stressors so that they can find solutions that work for them.
I am a psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University. I have over 25 years experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
