There are times when we need someone to talk to. For the past thirty years, I have been honored in serving families’, couples, and individuals. Those who have experienced loss, grief, trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, long term illness, aging, depression and stress. I look forward to working together in an optimistic, empathic and respectful manner. My wish is to lessen family and individual stress and to provide advocacy. My first Master's degree was earned at The Erikson Institute, Loyola University, specializing: Diversity, Development, Infant Mental Health, Family Systems,Attachment.My second Master's was Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. My approach is fluid, respectful; integrative, relationship-based, mindful, attachment and family-based.
My approach is optimistic. Whether working within a family system’ approach, couples or on an individual basis, my wish is in building an empathic, supportive environment in a safe and welcoming manner.
