I offer a creative, supportive, non-judgmental space for those who are interested in gaining a better understanding of themselves and what their natural strengths are. As a person with ADHD, working with neurodiverse clients is a particular passion of mine. Especially adults diagnosed later in life who are looking for validation after searching for answers and need some new coping strategies to help them reach their goals and improve their self-esteem. You don't have to do it alone, we can figure it out together.
A combination of art making and discussion can help us cut through mental roadblocks and gain insight into how you feel and what you need to get traction and move forward in life.
