Many of my clients feel a disconnect between how they feel internally and how they express themselves through their voice. They may be frustrated with how they sound or feel that their voice holds them back from fully expressing who they are. This includes those struggling with old speaking habits or speech patterns that feel flat or restricted, sometimes due to emotional suppression. I also work with individuals who stutter, have auditory processing challenges, or are on the autism spectrum. Ultimately, they want a voice that reflects their confidence, authenticity, and ability to express themselves freely.
As a speech-language and voice therapist, I help individuals break free from speech patterns that limit self-expression. Using a mind-body-breath-voice framework, I guide clients in developing dynamic, authentic communication. Through tailored exercises and self-awareness practices, we create meaningful change in how you speak and feel.
I understand how challenging it can be when your voice doesn’t reflect your true self, and I recognize the frustration of unique communication challenges. In a supportive, therapeutic environment, I’ll help you explore and refine your communication so it aligns with who you are and helps you navigate the world with more confidence.
