I am Judy Ward, a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) with over 30 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. I am passionate about helping adults address their unique challenges and begin the journey to a healthy and fulfilling life. I specialize in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions.

I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Bridgewater State University. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT).
